Wimbledon quiz night for WCTT

It’s almost time for our quiz night – and there are some brilliant prizes up for grabs.

Forget the cold snap and the Christmas ads on heavy rotation; we’ve lined up a great evening of brain teasing, prize giving and a chance to get to know the WCTT a little better.

With six rounds on entertainment, local knowledge and – of course – theatre, we’re hoping for an all-round challenge – and plenty of fun.

One of our rounds features questions set by our Young Actors…and we’ll have one or two of them present on the night to deliver their brain teasers in person (let’s hope we don’t need to be experts in the Avengers and BTS).

The Young Actors will also be selling raffle tickets for our fab prize draw – there are two pairs of tickets for Aladdin at New Wimbledon Theatre up for grabs (oh yes there are!), as well as a £50 tab at one of our favourite neighbouring bars, The Old Frizzle.

The winners of our quiz are set for a seasonal treat with a special (and delish) Christmas hamper prepared by our trustees – and there are consolation bottles ready for the runners-up.

We’ve still got a couple of tables available if you’d like to take part – and we can’t wait to see you all there!

Take part in our quiz and support WCTT

Taking place from 7:30pm (doors at 7pm) to 10pm on 27 November 2018, tickets to our fundraising quiz are just £10 per player.

The title of WCTT Quizzards of Oz 2018 – and the Christmas hamper – will be awarded to the winning team.

All money raised from ticket and raffle sales will fund our life-changing community and social engagement season in summer 2019, so you’ll be contributing to a fantastic cause, as well as enjoying a great night out with us.

Drop us a line if you’d like to come along.
