Young Actors Company alumnus Noah Thomas has started his run as Jamie New in the West End musical, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie – our creative producer, Andy Alty, couldn’t wait to see the show.

Whatever great things our Young Actors go on to do after they leave our company, we always consider them part of our extended family. Some move on to careers that are unconnected with performing – but they tell us that the confidence they gained during their time with our youth theatre stands them in great stead for a huge range of careers and educational opportunities.
Others do go on to pursue a career in the arts and, as a theatre company, it’s unbelievably exciting to see them achieve – and hit the big time.
Our latest congratulations go to WCTT Young Actors Company alumnus Noah Thomas who took over the lead role of Jamie New in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie on January 6 2020.

Our (very proud) creative producer, Andy Alty, was delighted to see Noah perform on the big stage. He said: “[Noah] really smashed it and took ownership of the role…his comic timing was bang on and he gave it real heart.”

After attending the show on January 10, Andy joined Noah backstage to wish him all the best from everyone at WCTT and our Young Actors Company.
In return, Noah sent his good luck wishes to all the young actors performing in our Big Night Out on February 3 – if you want a chance to see the future stars of the West End, grab your tickets to The Big Night Out now.
