It’s springtime and as lockdown finally eases, we can’t think of a better time to be announcing our call-out for poems, stories and paintings about Mitcham and Wimbledon Commons.
Our much-loved commons are celebrating BIG birthdays this year so we want to encourage young people of all ages to go outside and get creative to wish them both a very Happy Birthday as part of our In Common project.
We will be displaying a selection of all the best entries at Canon’s House this summer as part of their grand re-opening and ALL entrants will be invited to attend the WORLD PREMIERES of our four films on an outdoor screen at Canon’s House on 17th July 2021.
Open to all school ages – closing date for entries Friday 28 May 2021.
