Tickets for our Act One group performances are now on sale! Our youngest age group members have been working hard to bring together an exciting show at The New Wimbledon Theatre Studio. Based on our work with Alzheimer’s Society and our Merton Plays members, the show is a fascinating study of memory.
Do you ever wish you could get rid of useless information in your brain? Do you wish you did more exciting things last summer? Do you need a way to stop obsessing over that awkward interaction you had yesterday? Well, come to our Memory Salon, Memlon! The trusted ‘hairdressers’ can adjust your memories for a very small fee!
Memlon, May 26th & 27th
Our Act One story, from young people aged 10-13, invites audiences to step through magical hair salon mirrors to a portal inside their minds. Why not explore your memories, guided by your favourite traditional story characters? Does messing with memories come with a price, though? All may not be as it seems…
‘Memlon’ is a mind-bending fun piece of theatre inspired by Act One’s devising workshops and masterclasses.

Support Our Future Work
In order to provide our free places at Young Actors Company and run our community projects, we rely on charitable grants and the generosity of donations from the public. If you can give, either as a one-off or regularly, please donate through our Just Giving button on our Support Us page here.
There are, of course, other ways to get involved in the work of WCTT besides donating money. Contact us about joining the team as a fundraiser, sponsor, trustee, patron or other volunteer roles.
